For babies 4 months to 2 years · iPhone

A sleep plan that learns your baby.

A short interview builds your baby's plan. Remy's Plan runs the day from it, coaches you as it happens, and every day suggests what to change, and why. You decide.

Coming to the App Store. One email when it's ready, nothing else.

Built for Remy first

We didn't need more advice. We needed a plan for Remy.

At four months, Remy stopped sleeping, and so did we. We tried online sleep courses, a sleep consultant and more than one doula, and got a different set of rules from each. Nothing worked.

Then one afternoon she fell asleep on Jason's shoulder. He didn't dare move, so he picked up his phone, dug into the research and built the first version of this app before she woke up. The small changes showed up right away. Within two months, she was sleeping through the night. Mostly.

How it works

A plan that runs your day, checks in as it happens, and gets a little better every day.

  1. Interview

A few minutes of questions about your baby's day, feeding, sleep and your family's schedule. Out comes a plan built for your baby.

  2. Plan

Today's times, every morning: wake windows, naps with "up by" times, feeds and a bedtime range, kept within age-based limits.

  3. Log

One tap for asleep, awake, feeds, diapers and medicine, or type it the way you'd say it: "down for nap 2, 5 oz at 2:15." The day moves as it happens: a late nap means a later next nap and a new bedtime.

  4. How today's going

A live scorecard of today against the plan: naps, wake windows, feeds and where bedtime is heading.

  5. Coach

Ask any time. The coach reads today's log against your plan and tells you what matters, what to change and what to leave alone.

  6. Daily review

Every day it looks at the last few days. When a pattern shows up, it suggests one small change and explains why. You decide, and every version is kept.

Coachas of 2:10 pm

A good day so far. Protect the bedtime routine.

Nap 2 ran short. 45 minutes, up at 1:30. Run the next window from when she woke: Nap 3 at 4:00, up by 4:30.

Feeds are on pace. 3 of 5 done. Keep Feed 4 right after Nap 3.

Tonight: bedtime holds at 7:00. Start the routine at 6:15 by the clock, not by her cues.

Cap Nap 1 at 75 min (was 90)

What happened: Nap 1 has run 85–95 min four mornings in a row, and wake time has drifted from 6:50 to 7:15.

Why: a long first nap is borrowing from the night. A shorter cap should bring wake time back toward 6:50.

  • Lock Screen timer

On the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: counting down to the next nap while she's awake, then counting the nap, with its "up by" time.

  • Gentle reminders

A nudge when a nap should end and when the next one is coming.

  • Widgets and Siri

"Next: Nap 2 at 12:45" on your Home Screen. "She's asleep" logs it hands-free while you rock.

  • Feeds, your way

A left and right nursing timer, bottles in quarter ounces, and breast milk, formula or both.

  • The whole family

Invite a partner, nanny or grandparent with a link. Everyone logs to the same day from their own iPhone, and the log shows who did what.

  • Plan history

Every change and the reason for it, so you can see how far you've come.

Your baby's data lives in your iCloud, not on our servers.

Before the AI builds a plan, reads what you log, coaches you or reviews your days, you're asked first, and we never store what's sent. One button in the app deletes everything.

Questions

Is this medical advice?

No. Remy's Plan is a planning and tracking tool. Talk to your pediatrician about anything that worries you, and always follow safe sleep guidance.

What ages is it for?

Full plans are for babies 4 months to 2 years, using adjusted age for babies born early. Younger babies get a gentle routine instead.

Is it a sleep-training app?

No. Remy's Plan builds and adjusts a daily schedule: wake windows, naps and bedtime. It doesn't ask you to use any particular settling method.

Does it work on Android?

iPhone only for now.

Can my partner or our nanny use it too?

Yes. Invite them from Settings and they open the link on their own iPhone: no sign-up, no password. Everyone logs to the same plan, and you can remove anyone at any time.

We have two children. Does that work?

Yes. One family can hold several babies, each with their own plan, log and timer, on one subscription.

Who sees my baby's data?

Only you and the people you invite. It's stored on your iPhones and in your iCloud, not on our servers.

When can I get it?

A small group of families is testing it on TestFlight now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's a spot, and again at launch.
